We managed the industrial concrete construction of two manufacturing facilities, coordinating manpower, logistics, and sequencing to meet an aggressive schedule. An on-site batch plant supported high-volume concrete placements exceeding 1,100 cubic yards, ensuring consistent quality and efficiency. 

Despite winter conditions, the team implemented proven cold weather concrete placement practices to maintain strength and durability. The project featured heavy-duty slab-on-grade construction with extended control joints and steel fiber reinforcement for long-term performance under industrial loads. 

Additional complexity included constructing one building on a 0.27% slope, requiring precise grading and execution to meet strict slab tolerances and drainage requirements.
