This mixed-use and multifamily construction project features a unique wrap-around apartment design centered around a pool courtyard with colored and stamped architectural concrete. The structure includes two levels of elevated decks and self-performed brick ledge wall installations to maintain consistent architectural alignment throughout the development.

Built on a stepped site requiring excavation to bedrock, the project demanded complex foundation work, post-tension slab construction, and elevation coordination. Through strategic sequencing and adaptive concrete placement methods, the team maintained schedule, quality, and production efficiency in a challenging urban environment.
