This urban multifamily construction project is located in a rapidly growing in-town neighborhood near Georgia Tech and Coca-Cola headquarters, requiring precise coordination in a constrained environment. 

A key structural element is the cast-in-place (CIP) detention vault, a critical schedule driver integrated within the building footprint. Lithko accelerated the vault foundation and lid construction, maintaining overall project momentum and avoiding delays. 

The project also features elevated slab construction with pool and courtyard amenities, including thickened slabs, soffit drops, and hung slab edges—adding complexity to the structural system. Additional scope included crane foundations for two luffer cranes, which remain part of the permanent structure. 

With limited site access, detailed planning was required for material staging and concrete pumping logistics. Lithko also helped accelerate key milestones, including completing a major structural area two months ahead of schedule.
