This manufacturing construction project featured architectural tilt-up concrete panels with real thin brick embedded directly into the panels, delivering a high-end storefront aesthetic that met city design requirements. The use of a specialized brick formliner system required precise alignment, craftsmanship, and quality control across five separate buildings.

Each building’s tilt-up panel construction was completed in just 13 days, including forming, finishing, and erection. As Lithko’s first Nashville project utilizing embedded thin brick tilt panels, the team relied on detailed mock-ups, proactive planning, and close coordination to successfully execute the architectural concrete finish and meet project standards.
