This project featured three structurally unique buildings, highlighted by massive architectural tilt-up concrete panels measuring up to 68 feet tall with embedded 36-foot steel circles. Additional complex elements included 55-foot-deep piers, board-formed planter walls, radius walls, and Class A architectural concrete finishes.

The oversized tilt panels, weighing up to 360,000 pounds, required advanced lift planning, custom forming strategies, and detailed QA/QC coordination for embeds, bracing, and erection sequencing. Through proactive collaboration with the design team and specialized crane coordination, Lithko successfully delivered one of its most technically demanding tilt-up construction projects to date.
