Nickel Plate Station

Nickel Plate Station is a $157 million mixed-use development in downtown Fishers, Indiana, featuring residential, retail, and structured parking. Lithko delivered the full cast-in-place concrete scope, including foundations, walls, columns, slab-on-grade, and two levels of post-tension elevated deck totaling over 155,000 square feet. 

Despite weather delays and a tight urban site, the team accelerated the schedule and completed work two weeks ahead, supporting overall project momentum. Complex features included a sloped soffit, high-bay elevated deck, and architectural swirl-finished parking slabs.
