This tilt-up warehouse construction project required innovative planning to overcome concrete supply constraints, severe weather, and high-voltage power line restrictions surrounding the site.

Lithko collaborated closely with the general contractor to develop safe erection and sequencing strategies, including panel erection directly from the slab to maintain schedule while meeting OSHA clearance requirements. The team also implemented a cost- and time-saving foundation solution by combining drilled piers and pier caps into a single operation, improving efficiency on this large-scale industrial concrete project.
