NRHS Parking Garage

The NRHS Parking Garage project featured more than 224,000 square feet of cast-in-place parking decks completed within an aggressive 26-week schedule. The project included 24 elevated deck pours, 378 structural columns, and over 6,500 linear feet of barrier cable systems.

Using a single tower crane across multiple working radiuses, the team successfully coordinated complex concrete placements and constructed two elevated cast-in-place roof structures supported up to 90 feet high around precast stair systems. This project highlights expertise in parking garage construction, elevated concrete decks, and fast-track structural concrete execution.
