Oberlin Hotel

This urban mixed-use development required precise logistics and material coordination due to its tight downtown site surrounded by active businesses and existing structures. Unique architectural shear walls with arched window openings added complexity to the concrete forming and placement process.

The project also included a slab-on-grade vapor mitigation system and extensive post-tension concrete framing, supporting the customer’s first large-scale PT slab project. Lithko provided expertise in high-rise concrete construction, post-tension systems, and urban structural concrete execution to keep the project moving efficiently.
