Key structural elements include massive transfer beams, varying elevated floor plates, and 32-foot-tall architectural columns supporting elevated balcony slabs. Located on a tight urban site bordered by streets on all sides, the project required precise logistics coordination and just-in-time material deliveries to maintain schedule and productivity.
