Omni Hotel

The Omni Hotel is an 18-story hospitality tower in downtown Oklahoma City featuring exposed concrete ceilings, extensive post-tension concrete construction, and an accelerated six-day floor cycle using the PERI Skytable formwork system.

Built within one of the city’s busiest construction zones alongside the convention center and parking garage developments, the project required advanced logistics, crane coordination, and BIM-driven sequencing. Real-time concrete strength monitoring, dual placing booms, and dedicated QA/QC oversight helped maintain schedule and precision across this complex high-rise hotel construction project.
