The Optima Classical at Gladiolus education project featured complex architectural “eyebrow panels” with custom curves and protrusions that required specialized formwork, precise alignment, and advanced structural coordination. Close collaboration with engineers and trade partners ensured both aesthetic quality and structural integrity.

Rigorous QA/QC procedures, including daily inspections of formwork, rebar, and post-tension systems, helped maintain accuracy and resolve field issues in real time. Despite site constraints and weather delays, the project was successfully completed on schedule.
