The Oklahoma State University Center for Health Sciences Medical Academic and Simulation Center is a medical education and healthcare training facility designed to support advanced clinical simulation and physician training in Oklahoma.

Lithko’s scope included foundations, slab-on-grade, slab-on-metal deck, Ductilcrete flooring, tilt-up panels, and structural concrete construction for both the four-story academic building and adjacent precast parking garage. Despite challenging rock and groundwater conditions during pier drilling, the team collaborated closely with project partners to maintain schedule and keep this complex higher education healthcare project moving forward.
