OU Medical Adult Bed Tower

The Oklahoma University Medical Center Patient Bed Tower is an eight-story healthcare expansion featuring 378,000 square feet of structural concrete construction, including operating rooms, patient beds, elevator cores, and complex transfer beam systems.

Built adjacent to an active Level 1 trauma center on a constrained site, the project required advanced logistics, just-in-time material deliveries, and innovative panel storage solutions to maintain productivity. Using 3D BIM coordination, complex reinforcing steel integration, and detailed sequencing, Lithko successfully managed major design changes while maintaining schedule on this fast-track hospital construction project.
