Project Oxbow is a mixed-use and multifamily development located near downtown Charlotte, requiring careful coordination within a dense residential neighborhood. Due to strict noise restrictions, all major concrete placements were scheduled during daytime hours to minimize community disruption.

During foundation construction, groundwater impacted more than 70% of footing excavations. Through strategic sequencing and proactive planning, the team maintained schedule without implementing a large-scale dewatering system, demonstrating expertise in urban multifamily concrete construction and complex site logistics.
