This mixed-use and multifamily high-rise project in downtown Nashville features a self-climbing formwork system, complex cast-in-place concrete construction, and a 70-foot-deep underground parking garage excavation stabilized with lag walls and tiebacks. Tight urban site conditions required precise coordination of a 320-foot tower crane, active trades, and challenging rock excavation operations.

The project includes varying one- and two-sided perimeter walls, demanding advanced forming and placement strategies while maintaining a five-day tower cycle. Despite congested working conditions 70 feet below grade, the team maintained schedule, quality, and safety through detailed sequencing and daily coordination.

Designed to meet LEED certification standards, the project also incorporated extensive perimeter netting and fall protection systems to support safe execution on a constrained vertical jobsite.
