This manufacturing facility project featured a large industrial cooler with high-tolerance sloped concrete floors designed to manage water from candy production equipment and direct drainage throughout the facility.

Working within a constrained site, Lithko coordinated mobile crane operations for heavily reinforced elevated decks and refined concrete placement methods to achieve complex floor slopes and drainage requirements. The team also provided a value-engineered loading dock solution that reduced demolition, saving the owner time and cost while maintaining functionality.
