Pinnacle Springs

Pinnacle Springs is a 203,000-square-foot mixed-use and multifamily development featuring residential, retail, podium decks, retaining walls, and a hybrid cast-in-place and precast parking garage system.

Built on a tight urban site adjacent to a creek and active public areas, the project required advanced coordination, phased construction, and continuous adaptation to weather delays and design revisions. Early value engineering, including podium redesigns and GeoPier foundations, improved constructability, reduced costs, and accelerated the overall schedule.

Through BIM coordination, LiDAR deck scanning, and proactive safety planning around elevated shoring systems, Lithko successfully delivered this complex urban multifamily concrete construction project ahead of schedule.
