Plant Zero Apartments

Plant Zero Apartments is a multifamily residential development featuring a cast-in-place concrete podium supporting wood-framed residences above. Lithko’s scope includes foundations, elevated decks, exterior concrete walls, and three structural cores that provide lateral stability.

Challenging rock conditions and rigid inclusion piers required careful foundation sequencing and coordination. Despite shifting site access and trade delays, Lithko maintained progress through proactive planning, flexible scheduling, and close collaboration with project partners, supporting efficient delivery of this complex multifamily podium construction project.
