Project Beverly

Lithko completed the industrial concrete construction for Project Beverly, a large-scale distribution center in Irvington, Alabama, requiring over 90,000 cubic yards of concrete. Scope included 11,500 cubic yards of foundations, 2.5 million square feet of Ductilcrete Heidebed floor system, tilt-up wall panels, reinforced dolly strips, and extensive site concrete, supported by two on-site batch plants for efficient, high-volume placement. 

Despite over 100 inches of rainfall, the team delivered the project within an accelerated 11-month schedule, logging 120,000+ craft hours. This project highlights Lithko’s expertise in tilt-up warehouse construction, high-performance industrial floor systems, and large-scale concrete placement under challenging conditions.
