This 11-building manufacturing construction project featured heavily reinforced industrial slab-on-grade systems, including thickened rail slabs up to 24 inches deep and over 8,500 linear feet of embedded rail installation. Large concrete placements utilized pumps and telebelts alongside laser screed technology to achieve precision across utility pits, trenches, and rail systems.

Lithko also provided value engineering solutions, converting most cast-in-place bolts to D&E systems to accelerate schedule and reduce costs. Through detailed planning and phased execution, the team completed the embedded rail scope ahead of schedule with zero quality deficiencies, supporting the project’s aggressive 36-week timeline.
