Project NoMo

Project NoMo is a mixed-use development in Charleston, South Carolina, featuring retail space, parking, elevated concrete decks, courtyards, and a rooftop pool deck. Lithko’s scope includes slab-on-grade construction, a multi-level parking garage, elevated post-tension slabs, and below-grade vault structures supporting the five-story wood-framed development.

Built on a constrained urban site bordered by rail lines and active businesses, the project requires detailed coordination of tower cranes, concrete pump access, and phased construction sequencing. Through proactive planning and collaboration with the design team, Lithko is addressing complex post-tension concrete and parking garage integration challenges while maintaining an aggressive schedule.
