Project Storm

Project Storm is a 365,000-square-foot pet food manufacturing facility developed through a design-build construction approach with Hill’s Pet Nutrition. This state-of-the-art smart factory integrates advanced technologies, including AI, automation, robotics, and modern safety monitoring systems. 

Lithko delivered a comprehensive industrial concrete construction scope, including foundations, structural walls, complex equipment foundations, wastewater containment walls, slab-on-grade, auxiliary buildings, IMP protection curbs, loading docks, and paving. 

Despite more than 80 design revisions over two years, weekly coordination with project partners ensured finalized drawings, materials, and equipment were aligned ahead of each phase. This proactive collaboration enabled the team to maintain schedule and deliver a high-performance automated manufacturing facility.
