QTS Project Acadia

QTS Acadia is a mission-critical data center construction project in Northern Virginia’s hyperscale market. Lithko delivered the full structural concrete scope, including foundations, walls, slab-on-grade, and equipment pads for critical infrastructure. 

The team met a key seven-day foundation milestone ahead of precast erection through detailed planning and fast-track execution. Despite ongoing design changes, proactive coordination ensured seamless integration and schedule adherence.
