QuikTrip

This 270,000-square-foot manufacturing and distribution facility supports QuikTrip’s operational expansion and includes shallow foundations, slab-on-grade construction, slab-on-metal deck systems, freezer slabs, and tilt-up concrete panels.

The project required extensive resequencing due to severe weather and challenging limestone excavation conditions. Multiple slab thicknesses, insulated freezer areas, and specialized joint systems added complexity, while detailed planning and trade coordination helped the team recover schedule time and maintain efficient production on this large-scale industrial concrete construction project.
