River Spirit Casino Resort

The $365 million River Spirit Casino expansion in Tulsa included a 30-story hotel tower, casino, performing arts center, and precast parking garage. Lithko’s scope featured drilled pier foundations, post-tension flat plate decks, precast topping slabs, and cast-in-place core walls across more than 700,000 square feet of structural concrete construction.

Built adjacent to the river, the project required massive drilled pier foundations with specialized casing systems to address groundwater infiltration. Despite extreme Oklahoma weather conditions, the team maintained aggressive schedule milestones through self-climbing core systems, collaborative BURG staffing, and efficient sequencing on this large-scale hospitality and entertainment construction project.
