This project utilized two tower cranes and two placing booms to support efficient material handling and accelerated concrete construction. The structure included multiple core walls and shear walls spanning both parking garage and office levels.

Despite 25 weather-delay days, the team maintained the contractual schedule through proactive planning, including on-site assembly of fiberglass pan systems and preassembled beam tubs to overcome supply chain challenges. Enhanced safety measures, such as bolted fiberglass pans, improved efficiency and reduced stripping hazards on this complex commercial concrete construction project.
