This healthcare construction project featured massive 73-foot-tall tilt-up concrete panels requiring lightweight concrete to safely reduce panel weight, improve constructability, and minimize panel joints. The tight jobsite within an active hospital campus required complex casting layouts, including stacking panels and implementing enhanced bracing systems for maximum safety.

Lithko coordinated closely with engineers and trade partners to manage tilt-wall panel erection, lifting, and bracing while maintaining uninterrupted hospital operations. Rigorous QA/QC procedures ensured proper lightweight concrete performance, precise embed placement, and accurate architectural formliner alignment across all panels.
