St. Francis Parking Garage

Building C of the St. Francis Hospital Parking Garage is a 310,000-square-foot, five-level healthcare parking structure featuring cast-in-place concrete construction, shallow drilled piers, and phased construction integrated with two adjacent garage buildings.

Built within an active hospital campus, the project required precise layout to accommodate structural shrinkage, complex underground construction, and disciplined logistics. Despite challenging rock conditions during foundation drilling, Lithko maintained schedule by adjusting equipment, optimizing sequencing, and coordinating closely with hospital operations to minimize disruption.
