This multifamily podium construction project features architectural cast-in-place concrete with decorative formliner walls and a 14,000-square-foot elevated concrete deck requiring complex placement in a confined site surrounded by power lines and a precast parking garage. Lithko utilized a 61M pump, system line, and Spider placer to safely execute the challenging pour.

Through proactive resequencing, optimized manpower, and efficient formwork management, Lithko kept the project moving despite schedule disruptions. By continuously adapting construction plans, the team minimized delays and delivered a high-quality multifamily concrete structure on schedule.
