This eight-story university building featured a complex skip-joist pan slab concrete system extending from the ground floor to the roof, with nearly every floor requiring unique formwork and beam configurations.
The project included multiple high-bay and double-lift areas, varying slab edges on every level, and full turnkey concrete services including rebar, placement, and finishing. Despite tower crane shutdowns caused by wind delays, the team maintained schedule through proactive planning and efficient execution, delivering a modern higher education facility for Fort Worth students.
