The project included a highly engineered transfer deck with 84-inch-deep beams and extensive post-tension systems, requiring advanced formwork and detailed field coordination. Despite utility delays, extreme weather, and intensive MEP integration, Lithko successfully maintained the aggressive 13-month schedule through proactive logistics planning and daily coordination.
