This university dormitory construction project featured high-end architectural concrete finishes, including exposed board-formed corridor walls, 18-foot architectural columns, and complex crawl spaces with varying heights. The project also included a multi-unit dining hall freezer slab and embedded systems supporting a panelized precast exterior.

Built within an active campus environment, the project required off-hours deliveries, restricted routing coordination, and custom forming solutions for limited-access areas. A proprietary ASR-mitigating concrete mix enhanced long-term durability, showcasing expertise in campus housing construction, architectural concrete, and complex structural concrete systems.
