The Avenue

This mixed-use project is in the heart of downtown Huntsville featuring apartments, restaurants, and retail shops. The Avenue sits in an undeveloped open lot and is a catalyst for additional business in the growing Huntsville downtown scene.

Golden and Associates chose to partner with Lithko on this mixed-use project. A major difficulty was the limited laydown area due to the building and property lines being so tight to the downtown streets.  We completed our portion of the project in 6 months, which included foundations, columns, walls, slab on grade, and post tension elevated podium slabs.
