The Pearl project required continuous adaptation to evolving site infrastructure improvements, including major powerline upgrades, within a complex urban construction environment. Through early value engineering, Lithko developed strategies to maintain progress, improve constructability, and reduce the project’s carbon footprint with low-carbon concrete solutions.

Managing a workforce of more than 350 team members alongside multiple trade partners, the team successfully topped out the project in December 2023. Expertise in deep H-pile foundation construction, sustainable concrete practices, and large-scale mixed-use development execution was critical to the project’s success.
