The Rise

RISE at Chauncey is a 17-story mixed-use high-rise construction project delivering student housing near Purdue University. Lithko’s scope includes foundations, slab-on-grade, perimeter walls, cast-in-place elevator core, and elevated deck construction. 

The project utilized advanced PERI formwork systems, including self-climbing core formwork, to accelerate cycle times and reduce crane dependency on a constrained urban site. A value engineering solution incorporating structural sheet piling optimized cost and constructability.
