The Summit at Fritz Farm

The Summit at Fritz Farms is a new mixed use development providing residential units and boutique retail space, including a Whole Foods in the Lexington area. Brasfield and Gorrie selected Lithko as the concrete contractor on the foundations, loading dock, and paving for the Whole Foods. For the residential units, Lithko will be completing foundations, columns, and the elevated structural podium deck.

Coordination, planning, and timing of our work had to be thoroughly communicated with Brasfield and Gorrie, as well as the other subcontractors, because of the concurrent construction of 12 buildings. Additionally two sides of the project were bordered by existing residential units and we encountered a very wet spring and summer, creating site challenges.

While constructing the buildings, we received new drawings periodically due to the new tenants needs. Utilizing our Project Execution Process, we were able to overcome the ever changing drawings with detailed daily planning, ensuring we remained in the confines of the original budget.
