The Verve

The Verve project is a mixed-use and multifamily high-rise development featuring a five-level cast-in-place parking garage, post-tension flat plate decks, and a complex Level 6 transfer slab supporting nine additional stories of slab-on-metal deck construction using the Eisen System.

The project included extensive cantilevered balconies, deep below-grade construction, and challenging urban site logistics requiring just-in-time deliveries and precise sequencing. Advanced QA/QC procedures, high-bay shoring, and enhanced safety planning ensured successful execution of the complex structural system.
