Three Trails Building III

The new large spec warehouse will complete the Three Trails Industrial Park in the newly developed commercial area. Lithko will provide the foundations, slab on grade, tilt up walls, dock paving, and sitework for FCL Builders.

Due to the site sitting on a reclaimed rock quarry and the location of the other buildings, our access has been greatly impacted. We have used our detailed and thorough planning processes to overcome this issue. Once the tenants have been secured, we could anticipate some design changes. Depending on the tenants’ needs, changes could include a thicker slab for equipment, opening sizes in the tilt up panels, or superflat floors for a racking system.

There will be a total of 166, eight inch thick tilt up panels, some reaching a height of forty-seven feet. The schedule is fast pace. To ensure we meet this schedule with good quality we will use our pre- project & daily planning meetings to identify and discuss all of the key project details including risks, opportunities, and safety.
