Lithko served as the commercial concrete contractor for the first Topgolf entertainment venue in Ohio, delivering specialized structural and architectural concrete construction.

Scope included foundations, retaining walls, elevator pits, paving, sitework, and eight custom driving range targets.

Key features included architectural concrete walls with decorative formliners, complex radius walls, and precision placement using self-consolidating concrete (SCC).

Custom targets required innovative solutions, including heat-traced slabs for freeze-thaw protection and a suspended platform system for safe, high-quality placement. 

Through detailed planning and coordination, Lithko completed this fast-track commercial construction project 30 days ahead of schedule, showcasing expertise in architectural concrete and entertainment venue construction.
