This industrial warehouse construction project included two large-scale facilities for a crating and packaging company, featuring continuous and spread footings, slab-on-grade construction, tilt-up concrete panels, and dock leveler pits.

The project incorporated 156 tilt-wall panels ranging from 20 to 49 feet tall, along with extensive site concrete work including paving, sidewalks, and drainage channels. In total, the team placed more than 21,000 cubic yards of concrete and installed 590 tons of reinforcing steel, showcasing expertise in tilt-up warehouse and industrial concrete construction.
