This mixed-use commercial construction project features a six-story cast-in-place parking garage, delivering enhanced durability compared to adjacent precast structures. Lithko’s scope includes residential footings, knee walls, slab-on-grade construction, and a post-tension podium deck for a connected residential building. 

The project required advanced crane logistics and sequencing due to restricted access along I-270, as well as engineered bracing for a complex stair shaft. Through proactive planning and coordination, Lithko continues to deliver high-quality commercial concrete construction in a dynamic urban development.
