The TTI Innovations Center is a 500,000-square-foot product testing facility in Anderson, South Carolina, designed for testing leading power tool brands including Milwaukee, Ryobi, and Hart. Lithko’s scope included finished slabs, site paving, sidewalks, foundations, mat foundations, and large retaining walls across the multi-structure campus.

Through early preconstruction collaboration and advanced formwork engineering, the team optimized sequencing, improved architectural concrete finishes, and accelerated production. Despite weather delays and challenging site access, Lithko successfully delivered this complex industrial and research facility construction project safely and on schedule.
