This manufacturing facility project features a complex tilt-up concrete structure built into a steep hillside, including a cast-in-place retaining wall and 67 tilt-up panels, with 22 stacked panel conditions.

Limited crane access required Lithko to develop a detailed tilt-up erection and sequencing plan during preconstruction. The solution included strategically reduced slab areas, a 330-ton crane operating within the building footprint, and a permanent deadman footing for panel bracing. This proactive planning reduced construction risk, improved erection efficiency, and helped secure the project award.
