The project’s unique “L”-shaped design created challenging post-tension concrete beam transitions, requiring structural redesign and close coordination to maintain schedule. Despite evolving architectural changes and accelerated deck cycling, Lithko successfully delivered the project while achieving high-quality exposed concrete finishes throughout the student housing facility.
