Village Park

This project represents the second phase of an upscale senior living and multifamily retirement community in Alpharetta, Georgia. The development includes a basement level and four floors of elevated slab construction, designed to support modern residential living and amenity spaces. 

A central feature is the courtyard between two towers, created by elevated deck structures that require precise coordination and structural integration. The project also includes multiple steel pedestrian bridges, connecting the new phase to the existing building and linking the two towers—enhancing accessibility and resident experience.
