This automotive manufacturing facility expansion included a 200,000-square-foot mineral dry shake slab-on-grade processing area and 193,000 square feet of industrial site paving supporting logistics and plant operations.

A key challenge was the installation of the high-performance mineral dry shake floor system, which required the building to be fully enclosed prior to placement. Close coordination with the GC and trade partners helped maintain schedule despite industry-wide material supply chain shortages.
