Woodland Middle School

This education construction project combined cast-in-place concrete with cross-laminated timber (CLT), requiring precise coordination of architectural concrete, custom stair systems, and more than 150 anchor bolt layouts. Corrugated form liners created distinctive architectural finishes while maintaining strict quality and dimensional tolerances.

Working on challenging clay soils and around exposed CLT, drywall, and active trades, Lithko implemented phased concrete placements, specialized pumping methods, and protective measures to preserve finished surfaces. Through proactive logistics planning and close coordination, the team maintained schedule and delivered a high-quality mass timber education facility ahead of plan.
