This education project included a 99,600-square-foot Performing Arts Center and a 100,300-square-foot indoor practice facility, featuring complex structural elements such as 100-foot-tall CMU walls, cast-in-place bond beams, sloped stadium seating slabs, and orchestra pit construction.

The team overcame major access and sequencing challenges through advanced coordination with trade partners, preassembled beam systems, and innovative construction solutions for stadium seating and MEP integration. Early collaboration and proactive QA/QC planning helped prevent rework, maintain schedule, and support safe execution on this complex performing arts and athletic facility project.
