2400 Bryan Street Residence Tower

We recently topped out at 16 floors on the new Bryan Street Residence Tower, a 16-story building along the DART light-rail line, with 200+ apartments, and available retail space. Our Oklahoma City and Dallas Burgs combined resources on this project in Dallas, Texas.

Our team has risen to the occasion to take on this very challenging key project.  During the planning stages our team developed a plan to meet and exceed the client’s expectations for the schedule durations. However, as with any project, there are obstacles that arise and present challenges.  Our project team has met those challenges on a consistent basis and re-planned; accordingly, sometimes daily to ensure Lithko remains on track with the critical path of the project.  This included doing some placements simultaneously. We placed the final area on the amenity deck on level 6 and level 7 of the resident tower the same night. The amenity deck placement took 700 cubic yards of concrete to accommodate the multiple deep beams used to support the pool above. We utilized 2 different place and finish crews and completed both placements on time with a great finish for our customer.
